If you are not satisfied with FlowVision for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. To request a refund, email us at info@flowvision.io with your order number. We will process the refund within 5 business days.
FlowVision includes a free 15-day trial — no credit card required. We encourage you to thoroughly test the software with your own FCS files before purchasing. This minimizes the need for refunds.
Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after purchase will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We will always do our best to resolve any issues you encounter with the software.
Upon issuing a refund, your license key will be deactivated and you are required to uninstall the Software.
