These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of FlowVision software ("Software") provided by FlowVision ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to these Terms.
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use FlowVision on a single computer. You may make one backup copy for archival purposes.
A free trial version of FlowVision is available for 15 days from the date of first installation. After the trial period expires, a valid license key is required to continue using the Software. Trial exports include a watermark.
Your license includes all minor and patch updates within the v1.x release series (e.g. 1.0, 1.1, 1.5). Major version upgrades (e.g. v2.0) may be offered at a discounted upgrade price.
FlowVision is intended for Research Use Only (RUO). It is not intended for diagnostic, clinical, or therapeutic purposes. You are solely responsible for the interpretation of any results produced by the Software.
The Software and all associated materials are the intellectual property of FlowVision. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FlowVision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
